If shopping has become a part of your to-do list and as a result, you’ve lost the chance to pamper yourself. RETURNS

We take great pride in our reputation for quality in our products. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival. 

All exchanges are final sale.  Items must be in NEW condition, tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

All sale items, accessories and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. All refunds will be posted within 3-5 business days. Emma Blake reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Emma Blake to receive and process your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Emma Blake is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

SHIPPING

Our shipping rate is calculated with USPS and orders over $100 ship for free. 

Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed. Orders are shipped out of Charlotte, NC. We offer LOCAL PICKUP as well. Please wait for notification before picking up your order. Your order confirmation and ID will be needed for pickup. 

Local Pickup Hours: M-F 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. Saturday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

​Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

​If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

​**IMPORTANT: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
